Workshop ‘DIFFERENTIATE TO GROW: Digital Marketing and Performance in Food & Beverage’

Take part in the practical workshop ‘DIFFERENTIATE TO GROW: Digital Marketing and Performance in Food & Beverage’, organised by Ca' Foscari's Agrifood Management and Innovation Lab as part of the European TESTEAT project.

The workshop was designed to provide restaurateurs, chefs, tour guides and industry experts with the tools they need to define effective digital strategies. The main objective is to learn how to stand out in the market, transforming the quality of one's offering into concrete value.

The event will be divided into two distinct phases to ensure both a theoretical and practical approach:

  • Part One (10:00 – 12:30): Session dedicated to analysing the context and the consumer, with a focus on building a distinctive positioning.
  • Insights: The levers of food and wine storytelling and the most effective content for engaging the target audience will be explored.
  • Tools: An overview of the essential digital tools for generating conversions and measuring performance will be provided.
  • Part two (13:30 – 16:00): Guided application session. Participants will put the knowledge they have acquired into practice through collaborative exercises aimed at stimulating professional networking

The training will be led by two specialists:

  • Mauro Gambarotto: Digital marketing consultant, responsible for the morning theory session.
  • Davide Boschiggia: Project design expert, who will lead the afternoon's practical activities.
