Ingredients
1 egg yolk, 2tbs sugar, 30ml sweet wine such as Malvasia or Marsala.
Preparation
Beat the egg yolk and the sugar until foamy. Add the sweet wine and cook at bain-marie while whisking until thick.
Ingredients
1/2 litre of almond milk 6 tablespoons of almond flour (to avoid sugar) 2 tablespoons of maraschino liqueur, 1 tablespoon of almond paste.
Preparation
Put all the ingredients together and blend them to form a smooth cream.To serve it warm, heat the blended cream over low heat or bain-marie.
